The 3 Rs Framework

Reconnect, Rebuild, Rise
You did not lose yourself overnight. And you will not find your way back in a single conversation. Healing takes a path, and every path needs a map.

Why a Framework Matters

Many women come to coaching feeling like their emotions are scattered everywhere. They know something is wrong. They know they want to feel better. But they cannot see how to get from where they are to where they want to be.

Structure with Heart

The 3 R’s Framework gives that process structure without removing its heart. It creates a clear, sequential path through healing while leaving room for every woman’s experience.

Sequential Growth

Each stage builds on the one before it. You cannot rush to Rise before you have done the work to Reconnect and Rebuild.

Adaptable Healing

Whether you are processing grief that is weeks old or wounds that have been with you for decades, this framework adapts to serve you.

Ready to begin your journey?

The 3 R’s Framework is a living process. One that moves at your pace, honors your story, and meets you exactly where you are.

Honest Reality

Not the version presented to others. The real one.
“Before you can move forward, you have to know where you actually are.”
Stage One

Reconnect

Most women who come to coaching have spent months or years disconnected from their own inner voice. Life circumstances, the demands of caring for others, or the weight of unprocessed emotions can build a wall. Reconnect is about dismantling that wall.

Identify Emotions

Naming the emotions being carried without acknowledgment.

Recognize Beliefs

Understanding the background beliefs shaping every decision.

Uncover Values

Finding the core values buried under expectation and obligation.

Stage One

Rebuild

Once a woman knows what she is working with, it is time to build something better. This is where outdated beliefs get examined and replaced. Where boundaries get identified and practiced.

Rebuild in Practice

A client who lost her job after fifteen years enters Rebuild feeling like her identity was tied entirely to her title. Through this phase, she begins to identify skills, passions, and strengths that were always present but never given permission to lead. She does not just find a new job. She finds a new relationship with her own capability.

“Rebuild is not about creating a new version of yourself from scratch. It is about taking everything you have lived and turning it into your foundation.”
Stage Three

Rise

This is where the woman you have always had the strength to become steps fully into the light. Rise is the stage of integration, action, and confidence. By this point, a client has done the inner work. She understands herself more deeply. She has challenged and replaced the patterns holding her back.

What Rise Looks Like

• The confidence to finally pursue the career or business you have been afraid to start

• Setting relationship standards you previously believed you did not deserve

• Waking up and feeling like yourself again, present, grounded, and genuinely okay

I actually like who I am becoming.

— Client reflection at Rise stage

Rise in Practice

A client who entered coaching after years of people-pleasing and exhaustion reaches the Rise stage and lands a promotion she had previously talked herself out of pursuing. But more than the external result, she says something she had never said before: “I actually like who I am becoming.” That is Rise.

How the Framework Applies in Coaching

The 3 R’s Framework is not delivered through lectures or worksheets alone. It comes to life inside one-on-one coaching conversations that are altered entirely to each client.

Personalized Path

Gina uses the framework as a guide, not a script. Some clients need more time in Reconnect. Others arrive already knowing themselves deeply and need the structure of Rebuild immediately.

Lasting Progress

Sessions are designed to create breakthroughs that do not evaporate between calls. Each conversation builds on the last. Progress is tracked, celebrated, and anchored.

Ready to Take the First Step?

You do not have to have it all figured out before you begin. That is what the process is for. Start with a single conversation. Let Gina hear where you are and show you what is possible from here.
