Gina Voice in Your Space

Workshops and Speaking

Some conversations need to happen in rooms. In front of teams, audiences, communities, and groups of women who have gathered because they know something needs to change and they are ready to hear someone who has lived it, done the work, and can speak about it with both honesty and authority.

Gina brings that voice to workshops, events, conferences, and speaking engagements of all sizes.

Event Types

Gina works with a range of event formats and organizational partners to bring meaningful content to the women who need it most.

Her speaking and workshop engagements include corporate wellness events and women’s leadership programming, community organization events and nonprofit gatherings, women’s conferences and empowerment summits, church and faith community events centered on healing and personal growth, retreat programming for groups of women in transition, and private group workshops for organizations investing in the wellbeing of their teams.

Whether the audience is fifteen women in a church fellowship hall or five hundred at a conference center, Gina’s approach is the same: honest, direct, grounded, and designed to leave every woman in the room with something she can use when she walks out the door.

Topics Gina Speaks On

Gina speaks from experience, not just expertise. Every topic she addresses is one she has lived, processed, and built a body of knowledge around through years of coaching women in the same terrain.

Her speaking topics include healing after major life transitions and the emotional rebuilding that follows loss. She speaks on confidence restoration and what it actually takes to rebuild self-worth from the inside out. She addresses grief in its many forms and the specific ways women carry unacknowledged loss. She speaks on the experience of single motherhood and the particular emotional demands it places on a woman’s sense of self. She covers mindset patterns that keep women stuck and the practical work of resetting them. She speaks on the power of community in healing and why women heal differently when they stop trying to do it alone.

Each speaking engagement is altered to the audience and the event context. Gina does not deliver the same talk the same way twice. She prepares specifically for each room, each organization, and each community she is invited into.

What an Engagement with Gina Looks Like

Gina offers keynote presentations for conferences and large-scale events, workshop sessions ranging from ninety minutes to a full day, panel participation and moderated conversation, retreat facilitation for multi-day programming, and training sessions for organizations looking to equip their teams with tools for emotional resilience and personal growth.

Each format is available as a standalone engagement or as part of a larger programming series. Organizations looking to build out a sustained wellness or leadership development offering can work with Gina across multiple events over the course of a year.

The Booking Process

Booking Gina for your event begins with a conversation. Gina takes on speaking engagements that align with her areas of expertise and the mission of When She Speaks… Listen. She is committed to showing up fully prepared for every event she accepts, which means she works with a limited number of speaking partners in any given period.

To begin the booking process, reach out through the contact page with details about your event, including the format, audience size, date, and topic areas of interest. Gina or her team will follow up to schedule a discovery call and discuss if the engagement is the right fit.

Availability is limited. Events booked in advance receive priority scheduling and more lead time for content customization.
